Age, location, education?
I'm 23 years old, I live in Nantes, France, and in Tours, France. I'm studying graphic design in Nantes for 3 years ago.
How long have u been living there?
I came to Nantes for 3 years ago, for my studies. I grew up in Tours, a town 2 hours under Paris.
Where do you get your inspiration?
I don't know. All what I do is natural, I paint what I want when I want. My favorite subjects are animals and old persons. There are a lot of commonalities between them. I also get my inspiration in art history and in the current street art and graffiti scenes. Photography interests me enormously.
What's your favourite color?
I don't really got one. I like dirty colors. because they are nostalgics.
When are you the most productive?
I prefer to paint in the evening listening good music. It can last late into the night.
Where is your favourite vacation-spot?
I particulary like the 40 and 64 french departements. In the south-ouest. Warm sea, good waves, nice skateparks, good vibes! but it would be nothing without my friends!
What kind of music do you like?
I like old british rockn'roll songs, and good jazz. I confess my love for the old french singer like Joe Dassin, or Maxime Leforestier. I'm a bob Dylan's fan!
Any exhibitions planned this year?
Yeah, I show my work in the Lieu Unique's library, in Nantes, during november 2008. There will certainly be others!
What is your favourite material to work on?
I like to paint on recyclable materials. An old skate deck or a cardboard can be so good but really nothing beats a good canvas. Canvas can be very expensives, so I usually reuse it.
What are your tools? (special pens, colors etc.)
I usually use 2 or 3 spray cans, oil and acrylic paints, indian ink, pastels and a lot of water.
