I´m now living in Berlin, have been doing so for the last 2 years.
Where do you get your inspiration?
Everyday life, thoughts, observing the city and people, what goes on..
I like the idea of how you can push boundaries and tweak what you normally would go for artistically until it almost doesn´t work out or look good, but still does.
That crooked approach is interesting to me.
What's your favourite color?
Transparent black
When are you the most productive?
Depends..
If it´s painting, then mornings and late nights.
Anything else, the opposite.
Where is your favourite vacation-spot?
China is real extreme, exciting and also cool.
US west coast as well.
What kind of music do you like?
Rap. Breaks. Electronic
Any exhibitions planned?
For the next half a year, I have the following planned:
My upcoming Paris soloshow at Galerie Itinerrance opening mid May, entitled "Elevated, Looking Down From A Distance" - very excited about this one!
"Rudimentary Perfection", a groupshow in Glasgow with a dope line up.
Painting the summer away outdoors at events with Finnbar DAC and Snik, Strasbourg and Bristol.
Doing a duo show at "Galleri Tom Franke" back in Denmark in September together with Jakob Tolstrup (check his stuff!)
What is your favourite material to work on?
Canvas.
Wood´s good too though..
What are your tools? (special pens, colors etc.)
Acylics, spray, pens, inks and markers.
Any material in fact that will poop out some freaky colors..
