Where do you get your inspiration?
I try to pull it from as many places as possible, but even with the more pop oriented pieces I believe personal experiences and how media has affected me is probably the most influential when it comes to subject matter. As far as asthetics, I love comic books, LP sleeves, fashion photography graphic design and random images. Basically ffffound.com.

What's your favourite color?
Somewhere in the Cyan - French Grey spectrum

When are you the most productive?
In the middle of the night, with a bottle of Coca Cola and a deadline in the morning.

Where is your favourite vacation-spot?
Costa Rica is gorgeous, Jamaica is beautiful, but I'm also a fan of the pacific northwest. As long as it is in the summer.

What kind of music do you like?
I know everyone says it, but I really do like a lot of different types. As long as it is inventive and interesting, I am on board. Toro y Moi,Ducktails and The Step kids are in heavy rotation right now.

Any exhibitions planned?
I have solo shows in May and December in Las Vegas and Los Angeles, as well as a slew of group shows that I am excited about that are happening all over. I have them posted on my site!

What is your favourite material to work on?
Wood, Birch specifically. It is smoother than canvas and more durable than board. Watercolor paper is moving quickly up the list though.

What are your tools? (special pens, colors etc.)
Liquitex soft body acrylics. I try to stick to as few colors as possible lately. I'd like to feel comfortable with a limited palette before expanding out. I have a tendency to want to use every color available and it gets a little messy.
