Where do you get your inspiration?
Mother Earth and her love for details, and from the funky dust world.
What's your favourite color?
There are too many beautiful colours out there...so I have no favourite.
When are you the most productive?
Any Time, though mostly at night, when everything is quiet.
What's your favourit vacation-spot?
I don't really have time to go on vacation, but since I travel a lot job-related I am able to connect vacations and business. I need to be productive on a daily basis by painting or modelizing, so it is easy for me to connect profession and vacation. The arts and I have a sort of never ending love affair.
What kind of music do you like?
Dubstep, DownTempo, Drum n Bass, Jungle but also Danchall, Roots Reggae, Trip Hop, Electro, Rock from the 70_s and 60_s, Hardcore...and a lot more...the more experimental the music the better.
Any exhibitions planned this year?
Sure. I already did two showings this year; a solo exhibition at PrettyPortal Düsseldorf and as supporting artist in Rome. In April I'm going to be co-exhibitor at Artig 2008 (Basel). In May you can see my art at the URBAN SIGNS in Karlsruhe. Further exhibitions are planned, and as soon as there are fixed dates you can find them on my Website in the News section.
What is your favourite material to work on?
I paint on many different backgrounds. When I do Murals I prefer old surfaces, which are shaped by time. For painting I like linen, preferably natural linen, but also wood or cardboard-I just use what I can get hold of. For sculptures I like all kinds of implements, predominantly Green Stuff, skalpy, air drying clay, plastic, wood, metal - always depending on the result I want to achieve. For Designtoys I prefer PU rather than Vinyl because of the better surface.
What are your tools? (special pens, colors etc.)
Ink, acrylic, acrylic lacquer, marker, brush, Spraycan.........
